What is it a furniture lift?

      It is a breakdown van which is placed in the front of the building, where the flat to transport is, and it is used to get down or go up the furnitures through it.

      The advantages of this machine are many, such as, for example:

• The furnitures don´t have to bear the typical problems, and they go directly from the house to the removal van, avoiding in this way that anything falls down, as well as marks of the furnitures on walls and staircases.
• The work to do is simplified extraordinarily.
• The neighbours are not disturbed, occupying a part of the community, such as the corridor or the entrance and above all the lift or lifts.
• It is very advisable to put it in flats without lift, because of evident reasons, but also in flats which have one of them, because although these flats have a lift, neither all of the furnitures can be put into it, nor all of the lifts can support the weight. In addition to this, there is an express prohibition in some communities of proprietors in order not to use the lift for the removal.
